Organizing a Team Building event may seem complex, but with FunProd, you benefit from end-to-end support. We have streamlined our process so you can focus on what matters most: your employees.
1. Discussion & Assessment
It all starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand your objectives (cohesion, reward, integration), your team's profile, and your location or budget constraints. Whether you have a specific idea or are starting from scratch, we are here to advise you.
2. Customized Proposal
Within 48 to 72 hours, we submit a detailed project. This is not just a quote, it is a concept: activity scenario, logistics, timeline, and pricing. We refine this proposal together until it perfectly matches your expectations.
3. Logistical Preparation
Once the project is approved, Funprod takes the reins. Site reconnaissance (if necessary), equipment preparation, coordination with external providers (caterers, seminar venues), and facilitator briefing. You receive a clear "roadmap" to leave nothing to chance.
4. The Big Day: Experience Time!
Our team arrives on-site early for setup. We manage the welcome, facilitation, and activity pacing. Our role is to be facilitators of smiles and ensure that each employee has a memorable experience. All you have to do is savor the moment with your team.
Flexibility & Peace of Mind: Our Commitment
Because corporate life has its unexpected moments, Funprod has designed a flexible booking policy. We know that participant numbers can change or that a last-minute constraint may arise.
Participant Number Adjustment
You can adjust the final number of attendees up to 10 days before the event. Your final invoice will reflect your actual team size.
Cancellation Terms
In the event of forced cancellation, we offer, whenever possible, a postponement of your event or an alternative solution (such as switching from an outdoor activity to an indoor option).
Weather Guarantee
For all our outdoor activities, we systematically plan a sheltered "Plan B" or program adaptation so the event can take place, whatever the weather on the Lake Geneva region.
