Our Event Concepts
Event expertise for your lively and interactive evenings
Because corporate life is also celebrated after 6 PM, FunProd creates customized events that transform your occasions into shared memories. From casual cocktail receptions to immersive themed evenings, we orchestrate every detail in Geneva, Lausanne, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Delémont, Sion, and throughout French-speaking Switzerland so you can simply enjoy your guests.
A successful event is one that reflects your company culture. At FunProd, we don't just rent equipment: we create your event.
Whether you wish to celebrate a company anniversary, conclude a seminar in style, or simply thank your employees, our entertainment concepts are designed to break the ice and encourage natural interaction. We adapt to the venue of your choice (company premises, vineyards, hotels, covered spaces, or mountain lodges) for complete entertainment management.
Your Turnkey Event: Zero Stress, 100% Enjoyment
Organizing an event should not be a burden for you. Our process is simple:
Design
We define together the theme and flow of your event.
Logistics
Technical setup (sound, lighting, entertainment equipment, décor) before your guests arrive.
Entertainment
Our masters of ceremony lead the event to keep the energy at its peak.
Flexibility
As with our Team Building services, we adapt the format to the final number of participants up to 10 days before the event.
Flexibility & Peace of Mind: Our Commitment
Because corporate life has its unexpected moments, Funprod has designed a flexible booking policy. We know that participant numbers can change or that a last-minute constraint may arise.
Participant Number Adjustment
You can adjust the final number of attendees up to 10 days before the event. Your final invoice will reflect your actual team size.
Cancellation Terms
In the event of forced cancellation, we offer, whenever possible, a postponement of your event or an alternative solution (such as switching from an outdoor activity to an indoor option).
Weather Guarantee
For all our outdoor activities, we systematically plan a sheltered "Plan B" or program adaptation so the event can take place, whatever the weather on the Lake Geneva region.
