Winter Team Challenge
White Adventure
Leave the city behind for the vast white expanse. Funprod takes you to the heart of the Alps for an adventure where team cohesion is forged in the cold and warmed by action. Far more than a simple day in the snow, our Icy Expedition is a collective challenge designed to break the ice and strengthen your bonds in the great outdoors.

The perfect mix: Fun & Comfort
The Funprod base camp is set up on the snow-covered plateau of your choice. Between challenges, enjoy our “Refuge Area”: a welcoming stand where the aromas of spiced mulled wine, cinnamon tea, and pure Arabica coffee await you. Here, effort meets comfort for a 100% enjoyable experience.
Adapted to the day’s conditions. Please note that this activity will be adapted in the event of insufficient snow, so that the event can take place under the best possible conditions.
How your resort experience unfolds:
1. The Call of Adventure: A personalised welcome by our guide-facilitators and the handover of your fun “survival” kit.
2. Rope Team Strategy: Team formation and a tactical briefing on the points to be earned.
3. Rotation Through the Workshops: Your teams move from challenge to challenge in an electrifying atmosphere.
4. The Summit Verdict: Trophy presentation around base camp and a debrief on the day’s achievements.
The Expedition Challenges
Ice Architecture: Do not just dig—build! Learn block-cutting techniques to raise an igloo or sculpt a fleeting work that reflects your company.
Tribe Skiing: Absolute coordination required! Strap on our XXL giant skis for a slalom where every team member must find the shared rhythm.
Precision Biathlon: Combine cardio and composure. After a short snowshoe run, control your breathing for a blowgun shot at the target.
Alpine Rescue: A pure team-cohesion challenge. Learn to use an avalanche transceiver (ARVA) to find a “treasure” hidden under the snow as quickly as possible.
Sled Race: Hold on tight to your sleds and race down the slope. Laughter and adrenaline guaranteed!
