Metal, fire, and synergy: a living metaphor for business
Working glowing-hot steel under the hammer's blows requires constant precision, perfect coordination, and total commitment. The art of forging is a striking metaphor for the corporate world: raw material transformed by passion, teamwork, and cohesion.
Guided by experienced professional blacksmiths, your team gets hands-on with the age-old techniques of metalworking in a safe and welcoming environment.
Casting, heating, and shaping: Learning to tame the forge fire, bring steel to melting temperature, and mold the material with precision and care.
Collective creation & company seal: Create together a shared work of art, a company trophy, a stylized sculpture, or personalized useful items (premium bottle openers, wrought iron bookmarks) engraved with your company's initials.
Leadership Development & Active Listening: The rhythm of hammering on the anvil requires perfect synchronization between teammates, a hands-on exercise in nonverbal communication and interpersonal support.
Thanks to our latest-generation modular and portable equipment, we bring the magical atmosphere of a real artisan forge directly to your site, to create your team-building experience.
Mobile and secure logistics at the location of your choice
